What is an Entrepreneur Strategist?  It is exactly what the name says, someone who develops strategies for Entrepreneurs.

Why would you need a strategy?  Businesses that have strategies are going to be more successful than businesses that merely fall from one thing into another, often not quite realising their potential or finding themselves tumbling from one issue into another.  

What is a strategy?  Not all strategies are the same, a marketing strategy is different to a customer strategy as well as an offline strategy differs to an online one.  Different sectors require different strategies.  I will explain.

Customer Strategy:  This is one of the most important strategies that you should really have in hand, it will tell you who your ideal client is, where to find them and importantly where to find more of them.  Then it is important to understand how to keep these clients and what else you can be selling to them, it is 5 times cheaper to keep a client than it is to find a new one.
